    Actions
    As you are going through the game you will liberate Outposts, when you first liberate it the outpost will be Rank I (or Rank 1). You will need to hover over the outpost in the map and select "Scavenge" this will basically reset the outpost which will make it become Rank II (or Rank 2) then reset it again doing the same thing and it will become Rank III (or Rank 3) when you complete all Outposts on Rank III the achievement will pop.

    *TIPS*
    Everytime you reset the outpost the enemies get more difficult, I would recommend upgrading your weapons before attempting this.
    Also destroying all the alarms or doing them stealthily helps as otherwise many enemies will come and make it harder.

    fucking glitches, my last outpost and every enemy dead but it won't register as liberated and I sure as fuck don't want to respawn checkpoint. Why can't they make a game where they fix this shit

    TehMeatyWalrusSo does this achievement mean that we have to complete ALL 30 outposts on Rank III difficulty?

    TheDude722@TehMeatyWalrus It doesn't mean 30 outposts on the map progression. There are 10 outposts, each with 3 difficulties. 10 x 3 = 30

    To find the outposts you can look for black smoke in the sky.
    Also in my video you can compare the map to see which ones your missing @ 12:35

    The easiest way for this is to send your gun for hire in to do the work for you. Even if they are seen the alarms are not tripped. Best one to use is Nana (crazy sniper lady). Move away from the outpost and scan with your binoculars. Tag the enemies and sent her in to kill them. Always move away from her as when she shoots someone, the other enemies will move to attack her. If she dies respawn.
    An easier way to tag the enemies is to send in Timber the Dog. He will tag everything and as long as you or he doesn't attack anyone and you are spotted he will be left alone. You can assist by picking of a few enemies with a high level sniper rifle.
    You should be able to clear out all the outposts this way and you will also earn the Pure Ninja achievement after the first one taken out like this. This is also an easy way to stock up on supplies especially ethanol as you get extra for not tripping alarms.
