    Pebbles is located in Semine, southwest of Troskowitz.
    Upon reaching the horse farm in Semine, you’ll see a prompt to recognise your horse. Go and speak with the horse farmer and choose to be reasonable (icon with the smile face) and he will give you Pebbles back.

    Clap That FoolI failed when I chose the be reasonable option. Probably because I looked like a bum in the bloody clothes I was wearing haha I have to reload a save and try again.

    I2xINCHxTONGUEI got pebbles back for free but the achievement didn't pop, is there a certain dialogue that I need to pick?

    BlakManDanNot at all, as long as you don’t steal him should unlock. Either pay him or for free.
