    Easiest way to do this is just toss grenades onto a single person from everyone else when you can deploy 4 units, make sure to save beforehand so you can reload and continue and do NOT do this on ironman mode.

    credit to MarioToo : You cannot damage your teammates on beginner difficulty.

    ChuiI've never played the game on casual difficulty so I went and tested it and yes, you cannot damage allies in beginner difficulty thanks for mentioning it

    TymanTheLongMy sniper on normal managed to miss two 90% shots on Normal and damage their teammate instead, downing him on the second shot. So yay for not having to farm but seriously...

    Steps to unlock within 20 minutes of first launching the game.

    Main Menu

    1. New Game (Classic)
    2. Insane difficulty
    3. B to skip cutscenes
    4. Play the tutorial until the you reach the next area (two cutscenes can be skipped)
    5. Grenades will be introduced, and you'll be forced to use them a group of wretches.
    6. Clear this area, and progress to the next.
    7. As Sid, chuck a grenade at Gabe to blow him to bits!

    Actions
    Just align one of your units between an enemy and another unit and have it shoot at the enemy. I got this by accident because I didn't realize Gabe was between Mikayla and a grenadier when I had her shoot it. She opened fire and downed Gabe, killed the grenadier and the achievement popped.
