    Actions
    Brawlers are the Shield-guys and if you pay attention during her mission Grace tells you that these are great to kill this type of enemy. You basically can shoot at their feet when they run towards and they'll die instantly given the right rank.
    I did this while going through the expeditions. Plenty of those guys there.

    Easiest Solution By Far
    1. Obviously get a saw launcher, rarity doesn’t matter.
    2. Fast Travel to the Bonecrusher Pit, it’s the arena you fought in on the “Now That’s Entertainment” main mission.
    3. Go into the middle of the arena and about 5-6 shield enemies spawn every time you fast travel there.

    Streetwalker JBGreat solution. I actually had 8 of the spawn here. Quick tip: DO NOT use the legendary saw launcher that locks on. You need to be able to shot their feet. When it locks on it shoots right at them. If you do use the legendary launcher, use your Melee weapon to destroy the shield then switch to the launcher
