    Actions
    enforcers have the yellow bar and king like crown above their head. They won't appear in the early stages of the game unless you scavenge a Tier 3 Outpost. Kill one of these guys and that's it.

    Springbok NLI encountered an Enforcer patrolling in the wild. Did not require a raised alarm or a scavenged tier 3 outpost.
