In my case I built a platform of 5x4 with only a control seat (Press

x5, select control seat or cockpit holding

to confirm.
After that, you will use the color picker (to open this menu: hold
and press
). Select any color and press
to close the menu and paint 1 block from the platform with
.
Repeat this process 20 times until you make a party floor on the whole platform. Play with the color picker menu as you wish to generate 20 different colors for each block.
Finally, approach the control seat or cockpit you put at the beginning and press
to enter. THE ACHIEVEMENT WOULD BE YOURS, CONGRATULATIONS.
