    After waking up continue forward till you see some stairs on your left. Go down the stairs and turn around and your first terminal should be there.

    CsK LuCiFeRTried this maybe 5 times on easy and it never popped. Loaded it back up on legendary and it popped right when I accessed it. Worth trying changing the difficulty if it's not unlocking for you.

    Upon beginning the Halo 4 campaign Chief awakes and exits the cryo tube. Walk forward and there is a stair case on the left hand side that takes you beneath the walkway you start on.

    Under here behind you when you go down stairs is a terminal that you can press cn_RB on to access Master Chief's records. You will need to press cn_RB a few times to continue when prompted. (Im not sure you need to do this as my achievement pop was broken at the time)
