  Hey all!
  I’ve included the locations of each of the Questers below in screenshot form rather than video, as I know not everyone likes videos.
  
  There is a grand total of ten Questers (humans with tin foil hats) that you need to eat. There are 7 added to the original base game (1 in each area) and 3 in the DLC area, but they are quite well hidden and don’t appear on your sonar unless you’re very close.
  
  As a note, I had already eaten a few of the Questers, but the locations shown will be where you can find them.
  
  You potentially only need to eat the Questers in the DLC area, so I'll put them first;

  You need to remove the underlined text ASAP to avoid confusion since you need to eat all of them not only the DLC area ones…

  There are a grand total ten of questers in the game, they are just humans with tin foil hats that you need to eat, however they are very hidden. There are 7 added to the original base game areas and 3 in the DLC, you can identify them with the sonar skill and they tend to be on their own in remote locations.

  "keep out!"gate still shut for some reason.
  Others were fine for me.

  Maybe just a bug on my end, but it seems like the game actually knows when you've "consumed" the Questers rather than just killed them. I accidentally killed one with the poison thrust ability, and, although it did count as completing the in-game objective, I didn't get the achievement after eating the rest.
  
  Fixed that just by going to the main menu and re-eating all of the ones that reappeared where the auto-save was.
