Microsoft has now confirmed this weekend's Free Play Days games. Dying Light, For The King, NHL 25, and Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash are the free Xbox games that Game Pass Ultimate, Standard, and Core subscribers can play until Sunday, February 16, at no extra cost.

Xbox Free Play Days games for this weekend

  • Dying Light
  • For The King
  • NHL 25
  • Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash
None of the games included in this weekend's Free Play Days lineup are already included in the Game Pass library, which makes a change. That being said, it's likely a fair few of you will already own For The King, as it was a Games with Gold title back in February 2022.

Here's a rundown of this weekend's Free Play Days lineup:

Dying Light

  • Here are the Dying Light achievements
  • Completion estimate: 40-50 hours (excluding DLC)
  • Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One
First-person action survival game Dying Light tasks you with surviving in a city that's overrun by flesh-hungry zombies. Sent to infiltrate the city after a political figure has gone rogue, you will need to decide between completing your mission or helping the survivors around you. If you want to live, scavaging supplies, crafting weapons, and facing hordes of the infected, both during the day and at night, are a must.

Excluding all the various DLC packs and title updates, you can unlock all Dying Light achievements in around 50 hours. For the full completion, you're looking at around 70 hours. If you want to know more, check out our Dying Light walkthrough.

For The King

For The King is a strategic RPG that offers a challenging blend of strategy, turn-based combat, and roguelike elements. Playing on your own or in co-op with pals, you must help save the once-peaceful kingdom of Fahrul by braving the elements, fighting wicked creatures, and delving down into the dark underworld.

As for the achievements, earning the 1,000G here will take between 60 and 80 hours, so you probably won't be getting this one completed over the next four days.

NHL 25

The latest entry into the hockey-sim franchise comes packed with new features and gameplay improvements. NHL 25 is powered by ICE-Q, a new gameplay intelligence system that gives you total dominance over the ice. You also have an overhauled AI, so you can execute more authentic plays, and improved animations to make skaters feel more responsive. All of this, plus a revamped franchise mode, makes for a standout hockey experience.

Unfortunately, we can't give you an estimate on this one as we don't have enough completion data. It's likely that the 1,000G takes well over 100 hours anyway, so you won't be stealing a completion over the weekend.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is a 2v2 fighting game based on the popular series from Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump, Jujutsu Kaisen. Featuring a roster of characters, each with their own cursed fighting techniques, you will aim to become the strongest by combining the characteristics of each technique and working together to bring down your opponents.

Much like NHL 25, we don't have enough data to give you a completion estimate for the 1,000G here.
