Awarded at the completion (not once 10 enemies have been killed) of a mission if 10 enemies are killed. Will be won at the completion of the tutorial mission.

Thanks for explaining it is awarded at the end of a mission. I am in the second half of the tutorial right now and I think there was a disconnect from XBL and I was worried my progress was lost.

For some reason this hasn't unlocked for me after completing several missions.

It wasnt unlocking for me either. I had done a number of missions without it popping for me. I then started a New Game - All Content and after completing the tutorial it popped.

popped for me after side mission in act 2. Other trackers started showing progress again.
