    The achievement requires you to actually kill an enemy and not just deal damage (the description is misleading).

    You can do this right in the tutorial when you first encounter the wretches. Have Gabe position on the spot where he executes the downed enemy on the left and aim at the wretch that is on the far right of the group that shows up which will have 10% hit chance when you target it without moving from the position he is at.

    Aim with lancer and try to shoot at it. If you manage to kill it, it should pop. If not, reload checkpoint and try again till it does.

    Brooksy1712I just got this on console and didn't have to kill the enemy. Just hitting them was enough for the achievement to pop

    DreamnistI unlocked this very easily by just leaving Sid where he is after Gabe executes the 2nd drone. Leave Sid in that same cover and aim at the wretch in the far right with retro lancer, after the 2nd attempt to shoot at the wretch the achievement popped for me.

    Artist Deidarahit a wretch (4 different ones) at 10% and didnt get it. reloaded checkpoint and did it again and i killed one that was full health in 1 hit with 10%. still nothing

    Netechmaconfirmed you DO NOT need to kill the target. I shot a Hammerburst drone when the % was at 10 and it popped a few seconds afterward and the drone was still alive.

    I ailurophile ISeems bugged for me. Hit many enemies on begginer level but cheevo hasn't popped

    Scholesy CityAchievement popped for me only once I’d killed the enemy. Hit him a few times before killing him which didn’t pop the achievement. Going by the comments it seems rather random when this will pop.
