Going for more harder completions on 2nd year of achievement streak
(This is a long blog post) June 23rd is the day
I first want to clarify that I won't ONLY go for completions on games that are harder than the average game. Although I would like to ONLY do that, I still have a massive drive for gamerscore and also getting a decently high score on the monthly leaderboards on the Xbox interface without spending too much money. And because I don't like too spend a heap of money on a game, easy game pass completions have been my haven. But recently I have wanted to change that, although most of the games are pretty fun like Mad Streets, Donut County, The Walking Dead: Michonne and some others I think I need to branch out more into different genres and reduce getting FOMO for not buying a game and completing it when it is new and hot so expanding my game reach is better for the mental anyway.
My opinion on 100%ing games:
In my opinion 100%ing can be fun and a great way to experience the games we love.
But never should you have pressure yourself into 100%ing a game or everyone of your games if you aren't motivated to or don't feel like every game you own is something you would enjoy grinding through or even obtainable for that matter.
What I'm going to be doing as well as find harder games with obtainable completions:
I also enjoy the program Microsoft Rewards. It is fun to do all the tasks for the day but also while doing those tasks you have a goal you can look forward to accomplishing like a gift card. And MOSTLY what I do on Microsoft rewards is get enough points (for the current level) to get a five dollar gift in Australian money and scower the catalog for an easy game 5 dollars or less. I have been doing for some games because they are on sale but now what I plan to do is buy those games and play it to relax myself after doing a lot of grinding on a game.
Anyway thanks for reading, and happy achievement hunt!
