How to unlock the On the First Day… achievement

    To unlock it as the name says, you have to have eight archers on the 1st day but, it does not need to be on the first island.
    I unlocked it on the 3rd day, when I came with the troops from the 2nd island. Keep in mind you will have two peasants ready to put coins to became archers, and that should be almost enough to cover the eight you need. If not just recruit some more as quickly as possible.

    FaSCoRPfrom the base at the start you have two options to recruit on the sides with coins, builders (with a hammer picture) or archers (with a bow picture). If you drop coins on the archers post you get archers, then simply do that 8 times on the first day or use the trick I mentioned above.
    If you don't have enough coins, what you can do is travel a bit to the sides with your mount and look for chests with coins. If you don't have enough peasants near, you can go looking for them with people camps.
    It is a perfectly understandable explanation to whoever played the game (which I know, it does not explain much to you).
