    Actions
    You just need to find a chest of Gems and pick them up. It has unlocked for me not after getting the chest of Gems but after I dropped one gem, then picked it up. And it did after the 2nd chest of Gems during my gameplay. I don't know if it's bugged or not, but it works one way or another.

    TblKTblKmine is buged , i held a lot of Gems and the achivment didn't pop up =(
