We can now dive into The First Descendant achievements on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The action-RPG has had some launch woes, and Nexon has offered some free in-game items as compensation while fixes arrive.

Will you be saving Albion in The First Descendant this weekend?

The First Descendant is a free-to-play, action-RPG looter shooter putting us in the shoes of a Descendant — a warrior ordered to battle alien invaders known as The Vulgus. With their Colossi monstrosities, The Vulgas are wreaking havoc on the planet of Albion, and it falls to you to save humanity from destruction. Your journey through the game will see you collecting weapons and armor as you battle it out with massive bosses, embark on missions in solo or co-op for up to four players, learn the combat moves of several unique characters, and more.

The First Descendant hasn't had the smoothest launch, with players reporting framerate issues, frustrations with its microtransactions, anti-cheat troubles, and more. Nexon has apologized and offered free in-game items as compensation.

So, whether you're looking forward to diving into this new free-to-play game or are holding off for fixes, for this week's poll, we're asking: are you playing The First Descendant this weekend? Let us know by voting in our poll and by leaving a comment below. Have a great weekend, everyone!
