    To clear a meditation, you need the bar in the upper left hand corner to turn green. It turns green once it hits the little line about 2/3 of the way through. Complete 100 meditations this way and it will unlock.

    This is unlocked when you clear (complete) 100 meditations. If you use the shortest ones (3 minutes) this will take 5 hours of meditating plus menus and scenes.
