This takes place in the Emerald Stair region of the map.
As you follow the main quest, Giatta will send you to Elia. Initiate conversation with her and she'll want you to dig through a corpse (if this is your first time talking to her). This is not relevant to the achievement, and it doesn't matter if you already did it in a previous encouner with Elia. The choices below will guide you towards the achievement.
1: (Before I do that,) Giatta wants your opinion on the Dreamscourge.
2: Choice doesn't matter, just flavor text about Giatta being kicked out of town.
3: (Some more flavor text here clarifying who or what Silvo is).
DO NOT pick the choice "If you're talking about the revenant in your barn, I dealt with him." if you already happened to have killed Silvo, it will make you miss the achievement.
4:
DO NOT PICK "I'll take care of Silvo, and I'll make it quick". You will miss the achievement. You can pick both middle options for more flavor text, but the 4th choice, "Where do all of these corpses come from, anyway" is where you wanna go, which leads to -
5: Pick the first choice, "Would you be interested in buying my future corpse?" This will unlock the achievement.
DO NOT pick any of the other two choices.
