    You have to remain still in the position for 3 minutes, the meter will turn green when you have done it properly...even slight head movements will stop the meter from progressing. Pretty easy but I did fail my first time 8)

    To clear a meditation, you need the bar in the upper left hand corner to turn green. It turns green once it hits the little line about 2/3 of the way through. Complete 1 meditations this way and it will unlock.
