The February 2025 PlayStation State of Play was packed with announcements about games coming to Xbox. Here is a State of Play roundup of all the Xbox reveals.

If you didn't catch Sony's latest showcase, fret not! Here is a State of Play round-up of all the Xbox reveals from the February 2025 showcase. From a Borderlands 4 release date to the reveal of two upcoming Xbox Game Pass games, catch up on everything from the State of Play here.

Monster Hunter Wilds

Capcom opened the State of Play with a launch trailer for the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds. The publisher also announced multiple free title updates for the game, including one that launches this spring.

Shinobi: Art of Vengeance

Marking the return of the iconic Shinobi franchise, Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is a 2D action platformer that puts you up against challenging enemies and epic bosses in a hand-drawn world. Shinobi: Art of Vengeance launches for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on August 29, 2025.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds

In a bid to take on Mario Kart, Sega has announced Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, a new kart racer where you will race across land, sea, air, space, and time as iconic characters from the franchise. A release date wasn't announced, but it's coming soon to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

Digimon Story Time Stranger

The Digimon Story series returns with a new entry: Time Stranger. In this RPG with monster-taming elements, you will embark on an adventure that spans both human and digital worlds, collecting and raising a variety of Digimon to fight in turn-based battles. Digimon Story Time Stranger launches for Xbox Series X|S in 2025.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii

All Xbox reveals and announcements from PlayStation's State of Play

Sega and developer RGG Studio announced a demo for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. The demo will be available to download from February 13 at 7am PT/ 10am ET / 3pm GMT.

WWE 2K25

For the first time in a WWE 2K game, you will be able to step outside the ropes and onto The Island. This hub area is described by 2K as an immersive WWE-themed world where you can "complete quests, take on challenges, compete in live events, and upgrade and customize your MySUPERSTAR through multiple storyline chapters."

Splitgate 2

1047 Games has announced it is holding an alpha test for Splitgate 2 from February 27 to March 2 across Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC.

Borderlands 4

Gearbox announced a Borderland 4 release date. The next entry into the Borderlands series launches on September 23, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S.

Split Fiction

EA and Hazelight Studios gave us another look at Split Fiction's gorgeous sci-fi worlds in a new story trailer. Split Fiction launches for Xbox Series X|S on March 6, 2025.

Directive 8020

Supermassive Games dropped a new story trailer for its upcoming sci-fi horror adventure Directive 8020, which launches for Xbox Series X|S on October 2, 2025.

Darwin's Paradox!

Darwin's Paradox is a new action-adventure platformer where you play as Darwin, an octopus who is plucked out of his natural habitat and "thrust into a chaotic world supplanted by UFOOD INC. where a devious plan for world domination is unraveling." Darwin's Paradox is coming soon to Xbox Series X|S.

Warriors: Abyss

Warriors Abyss, which shadow-dropped onto Xbox Series X|S during the State of Play, tasks you with taking command of historic warriors and surviving countless swarms of enemies.

Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny

Capcom gave us another look at the upcoming remaster of Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny, which is coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on May 23, 2025.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword

On top of the Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny trailer, we were also treated to a new look at Onimusha: Way of the Sword, which is slicing its way onto Xbox Series X|S next year.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

It leaked last week, but Konami confirmed an August 28, 2025 release date for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.

Hell Is Us

One of the more interesting trailers from the night was Nacon's Hell is Us, an "action-adventure game set in a war-torn country, where players must unravel the mysteries of their past and confront the human darkness that fuels the chaos." Hell Is Us launches for Xbox Series X|S on September 4, 2025.

Lies of P: Overture

Game Pass darling Lies of P is getting an expansion! Lies of P: Overture is a "dramatic prequel" that will take you back to Krat as it's on the verge of collapse. Overture launches on September 4, 2025.

Tides of Annihilation

Tides of Annihilation is a new fantasy action-adventure game inspired by Arthurian legend. Playing as Gewndolyn, you will fight alongside spectral knights to uncover the mystery of an otherworldly invasion in a broken modern London. No release date was announced for Tides of Annihilation, but it is coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, according to its store listing.

Blue Prince

Blue Prince mixes mystery, strategy, and puzzle elements for a genre-defying experience. Each decision you make exploring Mt. Holly and its shifting rooms will shape your path. Every door can reveal new chambers and exciting secrets. Blue Prince is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass on day one this spring.

Abiotic Factor

Coming to Xbox Game Pass this summer, Abiotic Factor is a survival crafting experience for 1-6 players that's set in an underground research facility. Containment procedures have failed, and supernatural enemies are on the loose, which means you and your fellow scientists must band together to work on the way to escape the underground complex.

Metal Eden

Metal Eden is a frenetic sci-fi first-person shooter that's coming to Xbox Series X|S on May 6, 2025. Playing as the advanced hyper unit Aska, you are sent on a suicide mission to rescue citizens' cores from the vast city of Moebius, which was once a peaceful home for humanity.

MindsEye

MindsEye is a third-person action game from former Rockstar North president Leslie Benzies. You play as Jacob Diaz, an elite former soldier who has been fitted with a mysterious neural implant that haunts him with fragmented memories of a covert mission that changed his life forever. MindsEye launches for Xbox Series X|S in summer 2025.
