    You are able to kill a full vampire in
    *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
    when you travel back home going through the woods.

    You must kill both to get a skull to leave. I found that you need to Throw pencils at the enemy in order to defeat it.

    Once you do you will get the achievement.
