I just feel sorry for employees that do not share these views that may be impacted. This will have had a very negative impact on employees who work directly for his company. And Be it directly or indirectly this won't have fostered a nice environment for many women to work in.
He's the one that chose to share these opinions publicly so despite what we say about separating politics from the "art" it's almost impossible at this point to not have an opinion.
I say with great pride that I couldn't disagree more with his statement.
No one seem to give a shit about innocent people losing their jobs over this, because it's more important to punish their boss.
I don't think many think it's more important to punish the boss or one person I just don't think people think about it in the first place. It's an oversight. I.e. people have promised to not buy any more games from that company which could effect people's livelihood as you suggested. All that side is just a shame. I just hope people who need the work can find work elsewhere or that their job isn't impacted too much.
They may now also need to go and find a job because they simply don't want to work for him anymore. And that blame is on this company owner.
Good point, but it happens because the "accusers" are narrow minded and egoistic. They only have their own agenda, and f*** the rest.
They are unable to see two sides of the same thing.
Some might quit as you say, but thats something they chose on their own.
This Tripwire thing is calmed down and forgotten soon, and Tripwire will still be there as usual.
People forget quickly. This is news now, not next week.
Next week there is a new scandal.
Humanity still haven't evolved 100% from Neanderthals and is why positive news rarely sells. Negative news is what humanity cares about.
If CNN went positive, the channel would go bancrupt.
