There is something going on with TA’s link to the Xbox store. Recently, a few games I had on my “price watch” list have gone on sale, but TA hasn’t automatically notified me as TA has lost its link to the price in my country (Canada).

Currently, two Oddworld games are on sale, but for one of them TA says that the “Price is unavailable in your country.” even though the game is still available to purchase in Canada from the Xbox store. The same thing happened with the “Steve Jackson” game.

I’m sure there are other games where this has happened but I’ll leave that to TA to find out.
Whenever I go to the pricing tab for any game, it doesn't show my region at all (U.S). It'll show other regions, but not mine. Been like this for a week or two now.

Destiny the collection for 19.79 or the physical copy of the same game with the taken King dlc for 1 dollar almost anywhere?
Yeah still cant believe some people keep pushing for higher prices for not wanting a physical format of a game

Edit: who is dumb enough to pay for those prices for the crew game? Are the servers not shutting down and turning the game into a coaster tray in another month?
The Crew Motorfest is the brand new game. The Crew is already delisted from digital marketplaces ahead of it's server closure.
Ah ok my bad...still annoyed since I have both the 360 and one version of the original and didn't know everything was online only
if u have ez games on your gamercard dont b a hypocrite and stop others from enjoying the same games and try not 2 spend more than 4 dollars for them

Going to have to suck it up and buy some of these 360 titles before the store closes.
These games will all still be available after the 360 store closes. It's only things trapped on the old 360 marketplace that will go.
But do we know for certain games bought for XOSX or XSXS will work on X360 after the X360 store closes. This would mean if you want to play with someone else in your household (or double box) you won’t be able to.
If they are on your Download History (under Account) for the 360, you can download and play them freely, according to Microsoft.

    From the closure announcement:

This change will not affect your ability to play Xbox 360 games or DLC you have already purchased. Xbox 360 game content previously purchased will still be available to play , not only the Xbox 360 console but also Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S devices via backward compatibility.

What has not changed is our commitment to preserving your ability to play the content you have already purchased on your preferred device, which means we are committed to supporting Xbox 360 gameplay for the foreseeable future – and you will still be able to play and re-download previously purchased content and connect with friends.

    https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2023/08/17/xbox-360-store-will-c...
That only tells you how it works now (previously/already purchased), not what will happen after the X360 store closes.

It will be impossible to make a purchase from the X360 store, so it will not be in your download history either. The only way it will work is if they keep the X360 store running but delist all the content. I did not get that impression.
That's true. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't appear in the 360 Download History. For example, forwards-compatible Rock Band DLC will not appear on the 360 Download History if purchased on the One or Series systems already now. So, it was always recommended to purchase songs on the 360 to get both versions.
So there is an advantage for Johnny Sinister to buy BC games now rather than after the store has closed.
I’ve never had any issues downloading 360 games that were subsequently delisted OR downloading 360 games onto my 360 that I technically purchased from the Xbox one or Series consoles. I don’t see this changing, particularly given that M$ has transparently committed to ensuring that people will have full access to everything they bought from the 360 store prior to its closure. I assume they know that people don’t necessarily have everything they digitally own downloaded to their 360s.

with all the recent hype of alan wake 2, ive been a little interested in jumping in the series. im guessing the remastered version is the way to go, rather than the BC one?
Whichever you can get for cheaper. It really wasn't remastered much. Achievements are the same.
got it, ill prolly just grab the remastered version. also, should i grab that american nightmare game as well? is it canon?
Bear in mind the Remastered version includes the DLC, you'd have to buy it seperately if you got the 360 version.

The DLC used to be free before it was delisted. You could grab the DLC even if you didn’t own the game.
That's odd, I didn't know it was delisted. The DLC still shows on the store for me

American Nightmare canon? Not sure. It's fun...but I'll leave that answer to someone who played AW2. my guess is that it is not.
    State of the badass art.

Do I buy the big boi versions for Forza 4 and 5 individually for a total of 80 or do I wait and hope that 200 dollar bundle goes back on sale for 60 bucks?!?

I was going to pick up Phantom Liberty for Cyberpunk 2077 after finishing my first Lies of P playthrough, but I might as well get it now. A small discount, but I was prepared to buy it at full price so I'll take what I can get smile

Played the multi-disc physical version of Lost Odyssey. Great game. For under 10 USD, I thought was worth getting the convenience of the digital edition.

This is a strong week lots of solid grabs here.. A few I picked out

    Alan Wake Remastered - £8.24 (67%)
    Castlevania Advance Collection – £7.99 (50%)
Kao the Kangaroo: Anniversary Edition - £16.76 (45%)
    Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty - £3.74 (75%)
    Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD - £4.18 (75%)
    Psychonauts (Xbox Original) – £3.21 (65%)
South Park: The Stick of Truth - £6.24 (75%)
Star Wars Battlefront II (Xbox Original) - £3.21 (65%)
    The Yakuza Remastered Collection (3,4,5) - £8.74 (75%)

Still wish they would give some love to the 360 store itself all that content thats going to disappear from being able to be bought at all in 6 months.. I mean damn.. Plus theres a few that are backwards compatible that are yet to see a sale at all Otogi 1 and 2.. Jedi Knight 2.. Just to name a couple. But this week is solid so no major complaints from me.

This isn't about redownloading delisted content. Previously/already purchased content isn't going to be a problem. But how are Microsoft going to issue a X360 licence from the X360 store for new purchases if it is completely shut down?

I'm not saying it won't work, but until I read something authoritative I am not going to guarantee that XOSX or XSXS games will still come with a free licence for X360 and be added to your X360 purchase history.

Alan Wake to be Delisted on May 15th 2017

Alan Wake has been quietly relisted on to the Microsoft Store on 14 Dec 2019

Alan Wake received two DLCs, which bumped the overall Gamerscore of the title up to 1500Gs. Both The Signal and The Writer launched in 2010 for $6.99 each. In 2016 they were made available for free; however, they have now gone back to their original $6.99 list price.

I got a display case for the last disc since it was in the lame sleeve.

That was the final turn based JRPG I would ever play. I found it to be flawless. I feel that I will never play its equal.

As far as I'm aware the DLCs were free only for one day, to celebrate the release of Quantum Break.

Got a wish list notification from Xbox that KH Re Mind is on sale but nothing here of course. The sales listings and notifications on here have just been wonky as all heck for a while now and it doesn't seem to be changing.
    So it goes...
