What platforms is Avowed coming to?
Avowed is an Xbox exclusive published by Xbox Game Studios, and will launch for Xbox Series X|S and Windows, along with Steam and Battle.net. Obsidian has since confirmed that Avowed will run at 30fps on Xbox Series X|S.

As a first-party exclusive, Avowed will not be coming to PlayStation 5 or Nintendo Switch.
In light of Phil Spencer's recent comments, we can now be optimistic that Avowed will be elevated to a multi-platform console release. As Phil said, there are no red lines. I'm looking forward to seeing the game on the PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2. We may even be lucky enough to get an enhanced version for the PS5 Pro. smile

I’m hoping for the same thing but while I wait for Fable.

Just hoping the void will be filled a little bit.

That is it's best bet for success. Right now I'm getting some Kingdoms of Amalur vibes.
    State of the badass art.

I'm all about sharing the love. Microsoft makes a great game? Share it with the world. And if Sony makes a good game? They'll keep it to themselves. At least for a little while. Until Steam gets it. And then they'll say something like: "In a world without windows, who needs Gates," or whatever.

I won’t ever play this simply because of the fact that it runs that 30 FPS. 60 FPS should be an industry standard at this point. And with half of Xbox’s first party titles being released at 30, it makes the console and brand look weak.

And most of all 30 FPS gives me a headache music

Just like Starfield...once the game is released and the crunch is over for the team, being a first party title I'm hopeful Obsidian upgrades the game to 60fps like Bethesda did with Starfield rock

Since I have 0 faith in Bethesda ever making a decent game anymore, I'm looking forward to this! Hopefully it'll scratch that ES itch.
This site desperately needs a separation between legitimate and illegitimate completion times!

That's probably accurate. It takes place in the same fictional universe as the Pillars Of Eternity Series. I backed the first game on Kickstarter about a dozen years ago. It's multi-platform including the Nintendo Switch and Apple PCs.

    Ah, interesting.

I mostly meant "decent quality new fantasy game destined to be beloved by the critics and the few who buy it", but appreciate the insight regardless.

They used to don't have a budget to improve visuals and graphics overall! but with all Microsoft money, the game still looks like Xbox 360((( It could be at least the PS4 quality game but nope.
