Xbox Countdown Sale 2020 Roundup

    The Evil Within Bundle is 8.99. But the season pass (2.99) + base game (4.99) is cheaper. Is there something I am missing?

    Is there any usefulness to the extra vehicles included in the $18 just cause 4 bundle? Or would I be fine buying the $15 version?

    'Article posted 5 hours ago', but there are comments from December 18th. And no 'updated' part notified. Am I missing something? It's not clear at all. Does TA repost it exactly the same, or are there any changes with the original sales news? cry

    I wondered the same, if nothings different then probably just to remind peeps that the sales ending and to give it a final though on purchases

    I bought Space Hulk Tactics 75% off in GwG discounts section, I have no idea when i'll play it though...I couldn't care less if it comes to GPU.

    If anything I would see it as a good thing, what a wonderfull time to be a gamer. Games are so easily available in these modern times we have way to many games to play at once, we've got hundreds of games at our fingertips, literally. If the worst that can happen is I waste a few quid on a game that drops on Ultimate then i'm a happy gamer.

    If we could just get rid of the predatory tactics by the people in charge, abuse of MTs etc, it could be a gamers paradise :P

    So went to get the 3 months offer for $1 for GP n it upgraded my 3 years of live to ultimate. Ty MS 3 years of GP for $1 has my support wink I can't belive thats still a thing.

    Do note that these are the PC stacks of these games and you need a pc running GFWL to earn achievements tied to them.

    GFWL is only installable through a local install package available for download you have to Google yourself for this but the first result usually has it

    Note: Lost Planet Colonies is the same stack as on the console and are crossplatform so it's possible to boost online achievements with your Xbox 360/X1/Series since this game is backwards compatible but runs alot smoother on PC

    Edit: all but RE Orc have single use keys

    Is anyone having issues with the Countdown game sale punch card on Microsoft rewards? It say's you can earn 5000 Microsoft reward points by spending £35 during the Countdown game sale. So far I have purchased -

    Hitman GOTY Edition - £8.99
    Hitman 2 Gold Edition - £15.99
    Resident Evil 3 Remastered - £16.49

    Total spent £41.47.

    Yet on the rewards punch card it says I have spent £8.00 out of £35.00.

    That sucks. It's been 6 days already, I doubt it will sort it self in time.

    Anyone have any experience with Borderlands 3 on Series X? If so how does it run? Obviously it had a lot of issues on the xbox one but the ultimate edition is at a decent price here so I may finally pull the trigger been wanting it for ages.
