Obsidian seemingly reveals Avowed Xbox Game Pass release date [updated]

If a game releasing this year doesn't get a solid date at the biggest show of the year, that sounds like an almost guaranteed delay to me.

I'm more upset there wasn't a big Game Pass drop considering all the store additions. I wonder what it would be saved for (Crash N. Sane becoming play anywhere but a separate purchase, Tony Hawk getting a Windows stack.)

The showcase was the best they had in... I don't even know how long. After such a horrible year I'm shocked they were able to pull it off. Definitely getting that Avowed t-shirt on the xbox gear store, pity they don't have that design for the hoodie.

Did this look way better than the last time they showed it or is it just me? Looked less janky but maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me due to it being a trailer instead of something like just gameplay that they previously showed.

With that space-time pipe like transition in the middle, I was kind of expecting a Bejeweled minigame, ngl.

Solid trailer! Looks like it'll be fun.

That's the same day Assassin's Creed Shadow early access comes out.

I need a specific confirmed date, but I'm glad it's coming out within this year.

Pretty sure Space Truckers said they were releasing on Game Pass in September too, so there’s another date to add to the Game Pass calendar
