Safe Passage Achievement not unlocking?

    I have lighthouses on all 5 islands, I have gone back and double checked every island and the Safe Passage achievement for lighthouses on each island has not unlocked. Have I missed something? They are all fully upgraded.

    Anyone else with the same issue?

    no need to have upgraded. I was able to unlock them before the 1.0.1 patch
