After story mode finished, all landmarks and etc missing

Finished the story mode for Maneater a few days ago. All locations are almost at 100%. Missing a few landmarks and license plates. What I notice on the map, all of it is missing. Is this some common glitch that you all might have experienced? I had to resort to an online map where the locations are so I can turn that 90 - 95 % to 100% and be completed with it all. But there's a lot of locations that I don't remember if I have been there or not. Luckily I have been able to view a few by pure luck.

I've reset my Xbox hoping it might refresh, yet it's the same thing all around. Anyone else having issues like this?

Pressing the Right stick in should toggle the icons for completed tasks.
