Gears of War could get remastered collection similar to Halo: MCC

if you listen to the actual podcast he makes it seem like its not something like gears or fable.. Remember xbox owns bethesda and could make a collection of remastered morrowind, oblivion and skyrim. or the fallout series aswell. Maybe even crackdown

Surprise....Surprise, Micro$oft has ANOTHER unoriginal idea, instead of making a new IP with all these devs they've acquired.

I still think Halo 5 should be added to the MCC, have it be a central hub for all "legacy" Halo games now that Infinite is out. I'm sure that's not as easy as I would think, but it sounds nice.

Same for Gears, get everything but the latest release bundled into one package. People can enjoy higher player populations on higher resolution and framerates than before. Gears Collection isn't quite as interesting as Halo's to me, but I know there is still a lot of people that would eat this up.

MCC was originally designed to bundle all of the Master Chief games from the Xbox360 into single package, with an anniversary version of Halo 2, which the original was only available on the OG Xbox or via BC on the 360.
It makes zero sense to bundle Halo 5 in with MCC as it was an Xbox One original, unlike all the games included in the Master Chief Collection.

And by Legacy I don't just mean the old 360 games, just meant anything that isn't the latest release. I should've clarified that better. Anyway, I can't imagine the playerbase of Halo 5 MP is very large, would be cool to have it bundled into MCC and revitalize the game a bit. Additionally, it would give PC players their first chance to play Halo 5.

Personally I hope there wouldnt even be multiplayer achievements included, because its just torture if in remastered versions they had the exact same damn achievements

I would prefer Fable. I am done with Gears and I can't imagine them doing those Seriously again. That would put the game at over 1000 hours

Balnazzard said:OG Gears 1 didn't have servers, it was all host based and I do believe it's the same case for 2 as well but Gears 3 is hosted on Dedicated servers from what I remember, so if this collection were to happen...I'd get grinding on 3 in the least.
