Can I get Xbox achivevements when playing on steam?

I want to buy this game on steam but I'm wondering if I do if I won't be able to get the xbox achievements the same way as if I purchased on windows 10 or for my xbox console?

I just bought it, and it unlocked the achievements that I've already earned on Xbox on Steam. So you say when you unlock an achievement on Steam (that you didn't have already on Xbox), it won't unlock on Xbox?
