Save game and tracker seem issue with someone and my friend having issue with achievements

If try collect number of collectibles for achievement or doing number of kill for misc achievements then save game and quit game then on game again later and realise tracker lost back to reset. I dunno if this issue but seem it's since 2 persons having this same issue. Maybe there other players having same.

Look like only work for those achievements is doing all those in one session. I hope devs fixing this shit issue.

I think changing difficulty broke all achievements for me. Tracker no longer moves and nothing unlocks any more sadly.

I Mr City I said:How about start on new game with new save game slot to see if it's fix before if there ever patch fix tracker issue? I know it is horrible if you already progress further so far in your original save game.
