Path of the Damned isn’t that hard guys, doable on first playthrough I think. I’m a squishy mage and surviving easily enough. Just make tons of food to restore health and essence.

Most of what you'll find on YouTube is negativity. This is because the creators know that negativity gets more views and engagement than positivity. My advice, find a creator that seems to align with your game interests and stick with them. Ignore the ragebait, click bait etc.
Can your advice be understood as you saying "find a creator who reinforces your bias and ignore creators who say otherwise" ? That's what it sounds like.
To answer ShadowNickz, most of the negativity I've seen is about ugly Starfield-like NPCs and comments from one of the lead designers that were openly discriminatory. It's up to you to research a bit if you want to make an educated purchase (unless you have Gamepass in which case you won't pay but you playing on GP means they will receive a compensation from Microsoft), try finding opinions on both sides (EDIT : just watched Kevduit's video, the combat looks good but it seems the difficulty is quite unforgiving if the enemy's level is even slightly above yours and I don't know if there's a NG+ but the hardest difficulty achievement might prove to be quite the task. Also you can't attack civilians and animals if they're not enemies/monsters so your RPG experience is not that free and I've seen comments calling the game "too hand-holdy" when it comes to quest and progression. This is just 1 youtuber out of thousands so again, see what people from all sides have to say) and make your consumer decision accordingly. I know I won't be playing mostly because Pirate Yakuza releases right after so I'll be busy with this game which I know for a fact I will enjoy.

A large percentage of youtubers just farms hype and hate, that's their business model. Don't pay attention to them, wait until stuff is out, so you have a wider sample size.

And since this in on GP, many will give the game a shot and see if they like it. I will do the same, despite this game doesn't seem to be my cup of tea. Should I like it, I'll put it into my backlog until at least a couple of patches are out...

Game pass ultimate used to be day 1, then price went up and changed name if you still wanted day 1.

Now we don't really get a day 1 we have to pay extra to get it 3 to 5 days earlier. This was a game that was ready last year but they didn't want to release it against something else.

Why the fuck do we have to pay to release it "early"?

This game is over hyped. I played two days now and... I dont care what I loot because when its not to upgrade youre stuff then you can break it to get upgrade Items. If you cant break it sell it to buy more Item to upgrade... It makes the exploring boring after some hours. The most in this game feels like Greed Fall... Even the story is near Greed Fall... Cand understand the big hype of some players. The game is not bad but... Its nothing special too...
