    Hasn't the 360 sign in problem (on 360 consoles and current gen consoles) been a thing for a long, long time? I have had this problem four or five times over the past two years.

    How does it take over two years to even get looked at? XD

    -Go to YOUR INFO
    -On the 3rd panel click EDIT ACCOUNT INFO on top right corner of panel
    -If you don't already have one, you will see a button for ADD ALIAS. Otherwise click ADD EMAIL
    -After new email is added, to the right of it click VERIFY (follow verify instructions)

    After I did all that I was able to login. I used the new email address as the login name.

    They finally got the 360 fixed on my end. A shame it took em two weeks or near two weeks.

    We believe a recent fix applied has resolved this issue. Can yall try again and let me know if you are still blocked from sign-in or profile downloads on Xbox 360?

    And there we go again.
    I couldn't connect to xbox live today. First on my 360. Then I tried a backwards compatible game on Series S and it wouldn't connect. Error told me to download my profile again, but the download stops at 20% (kinda) and I got error 8015d003

    I'm getting error messages trying to connect today. Don't know what's up. I was connecting fine 14 hours ago.

    I've been having this exact error for a couple days now. It just says Disconnected from Xbox Live whenever I try to sign in, whether its on my 360 or on my Series X playing a backwards compatible game. The other workarounds in this thread have not worked for me

    This is the solution that solved my problem:

    The video is in Portuguese, but I believe you will understand the steps just fine. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me. After changing the DNS, you may need to restart the console (that is what he says, but he tries logging in normally first). Then he shows a second solution that is choosing automatic DNS again (and retrying the first solution if necessary)

    The solution that worked for me was to turn on recurring billing LMFAO such a stupid idea but it worked immediately
