Hope there is a surprise game drop like with Hi-Fi Rush last year
Reports are Microsoft is unhappy with Hi-Fi Rush's shadow drop because it didn't let them build up the game (this is something indie developers who were shadow dropping during Nintendo Directs, a fairly common occurrence for a while, had also been noting from their own experiences). So I wouldn't expect any sort of shadow drop; perhaps a new game announcement with a month or two run-up to release in order to get the marketing cycle going.
Maybe they'll do something like Baldur's Gate 1+2 on Game Pass. People have been getting notifications, and the game is old enough that it doesn't need to build up hype.

In a single year we got Diablo 4, Balders Gate 3, and Starfield, amongst others. How about giving the consumer a chance to fully engage with your products before trying to sell us the next one.

What about players that have no interest in any of those titles? Not everybody is into those kinds of games and it would be nice for a little something to come out for everybody. The only game I enjoyed and that lived up to the hype in 2023 was Hogwarts Legacy. Everything else was either disappointing or just not interesting in the first place for me.
