Xbox sale round-up: September 14th, 2021

I keep waiting for Halo Wars 2 Awakening to just go on sale by itself. Might just pick up the complete edition for 15 bucks and call it a day. Guess those who wait will get an individual sale on it. Last time I caved for Watch Dogs they started doing individual DLC sales after I purchased it

How is Kingdom of Amalur compared to the original?
I am also curious...i know Battlemage Lichdom runs crap on the XB One,has anyone played it on the Series X? Is it more enjoyable or the same?

Bordlands 3 Ultimate edition for 50 is a steal. Totally jumping on this one. It may not have the impact as BL1 or 2 (I already played the base edition of 3 on Steam), but its totally with 50$ with the two season passes included. Season 2 never goes on sale I don't think.

Blasphemous is FkN epic, easily one of the best metroidvania I’ve ever played. It’s like a 2D souls/mortal shell/Sekiro mash up! Highly recommended.

A good amount of thq nordic games on sale, might be a coincidence but with the event on Friday just around the corner it makes me wonder

Do I still get the series x version/upgrade of control ultimate Edition if I buy the one version now? I think this was the case when it launched.

I'm wondering why only the one version is on sale but not the series version.

If I understand the description correctly the first one gives you the one version+season pass+series version. The second one does not include the one version. But it's still more expensive?!

I think my wallet is safe this week. Except for the beers and whatnots.

If any other Australians are eyeing Immortals Fenyx Rising and its DLC, note that it's $20 cheaper to buy the base game (60%) and season pass (50%) separately than it is to buy the Gold Edition (40%) that contains both. Looks like this approach is also cheaper for the UK and EU!
