You are correct, the dlcs were made free for a limited time in 2016 to celebrate the release of quantum break.
It was more than a limited time for 2016. I didn't have high speed internet until June 2017 and my time stamps for those DLC were not marked until June 2018 which is where I can see them in my purchase history as well so they were free for a good long while. They were free long past that as well, I could have sworn they were still free as of just a year or two ago even actually....
Anybody know if the 2 Blue Dragon DLCs are worth it at all? No achievements I know but for 50c each I don't need achievements. One says it's a new dungeon with lots of new items and bosses and stuff to do and the other is 6 items but I don't know what any of them are or if they are worth it? I figure for a tad over $1 after tax though if it's something of interest and worth it I'll grab those.
For anybody looking for a quick completion, Weakwood Throne was a very quick and easy game for achievements if you haven't played. Honestly a fun little game too. Could have been pretty decent with some more work and length added to it but it was fun for the cheap price just the same :) Two Point Hospital DLCs were worth the sale prices too I feel if you have the base game. I got a good 300+ hours out of the entire game and DLCs between just my own completion and helping some others at the time with the Superbug Project or whatever it was called :P
