As far as I know "xCloud" in Xbox currently uses Xbox Series X as the hardware but virtualized so that the games run under asl Series S container on that cloud hardware, making it possible for 2 users to play on the same cloud server. Digital Foundry has a comparison video between Xbox xCloud streaming and PlayStation Plus (PS Now) streaming where they explain it in detail:
https://youtu.be/KI5E4jG_JZEGeForce Now uses of course PC versions for streaming. Their sales pitch is that you get all the fancy features including ray-tracing, for which you would otherwise need an expensive PC, but you need to bring your own game account (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG).
In case of Boosteroid I didn't look it up but I guess it's the PC version.
