Maneater bites back in August with Truth Quest DLC

Tripwire Interactive has confirmed that the upcoming Truth Quest DLC for Maneater will be releasing on August 31st, picking up where the main game’s story left off.

Do hope this is a seperate thing you can choose in the main menu rather than having to play through the entire game again just to access it.

Separation from base 1000 and Dlc lists would be great. I’d love to see them bring back avatar awards, and make some sort of level up process.

Well I didn't lol, deleted the save soon as I 1K'ed believing there will never be any expansion DLC for it. Boy I was wrong.

Enjoyed this more than I ever expected. I was flagging by the end a bit though as it's repetitive but I should have stopped playing it for just long enough by the time this DLC hits that I'll want to again.

I would assume it'll cost money and come with achievements but who knows.

What a bizarre practice. Do you do that for all games you finish?

This expansion has also been in the works for a long while and talked about online LOADS.

OMG love this by the looks of it we're getting some Saints Row 4 like powers and silliness in this game. That should make it a hell lotta fun. My fav DLCs are always the ones that turn the game upside down and offer a new way to play.

Hey that's fair enough. No having a go here. Potentially you might still have a cloud save kicking about though as the other person said. At least here's hoping. :)
