Xbox Game Pass adds Eternal Strands and Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap today, which means we can now tick off a couple more titles from our bulging list of upcoming Game Pass games. Both titles arrive for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass tiers.

Eternal Strands and Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap join Game Pass today

So far, January has been a good month for Game Pass Standard subscribers, but aside from a couple of titles here and there, it's been a little disappointing for Ultimate members. Today, the focus shifts over to Ultimate and PC Game Pass with the additions of two brand-spanking new day-one titles.

Eternal Strands

Eternal Strands is a third-person action-adventure title that puts you in the shoes of Brynn, a young weaver armed with powerful magical abilities and weapons. Using your arcane skills, you will explore a realm of mystery and danger and take on towering creatures to recover Brynn's cultural home and stop the world from crumbling around her.

Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap

The Orcs Must Die! series is back with a brand new entry, Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap. Combining third-person combat and tower defense, you, either solo or with up to four players, will choose a unique hero and defend the rift against hordes of grotesque orcs.

According to developer Robot Entertainment, no two runs are the same in Deathtrap, thanks to randomized buffs and debuffs impacting your hero, traps, weapons, stats, and the levels themselves, so it sounds like you'll be going up against quite the challenge.

Will you be checking out either of these two new Game Pass titles? Let us know in the comments. If you missed it, you don't have long to play six games that are leaving Xbox Game Pass soon.
