The top five (top six, to be specific) might not have shifted on this week's Xbox gameplay chart, but it seems more players have been tempted to chase down the Far Cry New Dawn achievements now that it's back in Game Pass. With all the major upcoming Game Pass games coming soon, it's likely we'll see more titles breaking up the top 40.

Sniper Elite: Resistance is still doing well after its recent Game Pass launch, having moved up a spot to seventh. If you're on the fence about giving it a go, Sean had a lot of praise in his Sniper Elite: Resistance review. Further down, Halo Infinite is also doing well, having leapt up from 23rd to 17th after its latest update.

Then we come to Far Cry New Dawn, which has re-joined the top 40 at 19th after dropping into Game Pass last week. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has fallen again this week, dropping from 18th to 22nd. It is a fantastic game, but with all the Game Pass games arriving over the next few months, it's hard to juggle multiple big AAA games.

Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, meanwhile, had a big success in the chart a few weeks ago thanks to its surprise Xbox release, but has now taken a big tumble, falling from 11th to 24th. Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap, another recent Game Pass title, has also dropped, landing at 31st.

The other two reappearances this week are Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II at 33rd and No Man's Sky at 36th. Both games recently had major updates which would likely tempt players back. Meanwhile, Eternal Strands, which was a recent day-one Game Pass get, has fallen from 19th to 38th, while Hell Let Loose rounds up the chart at 40th.

It's surprising that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II hasn't yet made it to the top 40, since it is such a highly-anticipated sequel, but as it's a meaty RPG and it's not available on Game Pass, some players might be holding off until they have time to get stuck in. If you are starting out on your medieval adventure, we have 5 Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 tips to get you started, as well as a guide on how to get your horse, Pebbles.

Looking ahead, we have major upcoming Xbox exclusives like Avowed as well as other Game Pass arrivals. What do you think will make it into the top ten next? Let us know in the comments!
