    There are a total of 15 Lost Artifacts (not to be confused with Ancient Relics) that must be collected:

    5 Lost Artifacts of Europe - located in the Vatican (guide - https://thegameslayer.com/guides/indiana-jones-the-great-cir...)
    5 Lost Artifacts of Africa - located in Gizeh (guide - https://thegameslayer.com/guides/indiana-jones-the-great-cir...)
    5 Lost Artifacts of Asia - located in Sukhothai (guide - https://thegameslayer.com/guides/indiana-jones-the-great-cir...)

    Finding one in a map starts the "Lost Artifacts of [x]" quest under the Journal's Discoveries.

    The achievement should pop following collection of the final Lost Artifact; there is no delivery or further action besides collection. If revisiting maps to collect, make sure you have seen the save icon (hat) before leaving that map. I strongly recommend leaving the vicinity and relocating to force the save checkpoints to register that collection.

    Each of the maps has a vendor that will sell an Exploration guide called Vatican Artifacts, Gizeh, Artifacts, or Sukhothai Artifacts if you are having trouble locating them. These Exploration guides are not necessary purchases for any achievements.

    These Lost Artifacts can all be found during exploration and cannot be missed but may require solving Mysteries (puzzles, finding safe combinations, etc.)

    potterscrowThis one unfortunately glitched on me. Shows it checked off in each area as completed but no achievement. The radio frequency achievement also glitched on me.

    Apostle92627None of the links are working. I have one left in Gizeh. It's underground, and I can't find the entrance.

    Edit: Found it! It was the one where you burn the grass to get into it, and the grass blends inveigh the dirt, making it impossible to see unless you stumble upon it by accident.

    x Tango Sukka xMine was also glitched, what I did was make sure to get the hat symbol top right for an in game save point, then fully quit the game, restarted my console, I then checked the Artifacts via the journal, it said I needed the “Jambiya Dagger” in Gizeh, I just went back to the location for it, picked it up (for the second time) and the Achievement popped.

    OEhnsky81Same here.. collected every Artifact, but no Achievement. Revesited every location once again after i collected every Relic and suddenly (in Gizeh) the Game told me one is left. So (re)collected it an the achievement popped!
