Blue Prince and Abiotic Factor coming to Xbox Game Pass in 2025

February 2025's PlayStation State of Play was packed with announcements for Xbox fans, and shortly after the showcase, we learned of two new games coming to Game Pass later this year. Blue Prince is a mysterious puzzle adventure game for Xbox Series X|S and PC, and Abiotic Factor is a multiplayer survival crafting experience for Xbox Series X|S.

Blue Prince

  • The Blue Prince achievements are hidden away in Room 46 for now
  • Release window: Spring 2025
  • Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, PC
Blue Prince combines mystery, strategy, and puzzle elements to create an unpredictable journey through a strange manor house that features ever-changing rooms. You will need to carve your own path through the manor house's various chambers, solving secrets and mysteries as you go, all while you hunt for Room 46.

According to publisher Raw Fury, each chamber is "unique in what it does, and every step brings players closer to unraveling the mystery." However, you will need to pick which door to open carefully as the manor's floor plan resets, and rooms you see on one day may not be the same rooms you see the next.

Abiotic Factor

  • The Abiotic Factor achievements are currently locked in a bunker underground and have yet to surface
  • Release window: Summer 2025
  • Platforms: Xbox Series X|S
Abiotic Factor is a survival crafting game for 1-6 players set in an underground research facility. Stranded miles below the surface, you and your fellow scientists must make the facility your temporary home while you try to survive against a paranormal containment failure, a military crusade, and the chaos inflicted by a dozen other realms. You have your work cut out for you if you hope to make it to the surface and escape.

The co-op survival game first launched on Steam in early access last year, and it appears to have gone down exceptionally well with PC players. Abiotic Factor is currently sitting with an 'Overwhelmingly Positive' rating from nearly 20,000 user reviews.

What do you make of these two titles coming to Game Pass? Do you think either will make our list of the best Game Pass games? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments.
